When a guy (or girl, mainly a guy) acts like a dick by making jerk, rude, rash or harsh comments about someone. Used to defend a victim of bullying or inform him/her that they are being a dick.
Guy: "I so want to punch his face in he is that freaking ugly."
Anyone: "Don't be such a rasho, he didn't do anything to you."
