is a guy\girl lashing out (mostly online) at someone\some people who didn't wrong a person directly after he\she assumed them to be the ones who did wrong him\her (ofc the one who DID wrong him\her didn't mention their country or the guy\girl didn't bother to see it) as they are traditional enemies, the offended party then retalites at their most likley... happens a lot on youtube.
