One of the two phrases that "Shnitzel" a rock monster from the show "Chowder" uses to talk, useally expressing anger or lament. This phrase is used when people want to express anger, lament, or exhaustion without actually telling you straight forward. Forms of the word can also be elongated or used repeaditvely to stress meaning of anger or exhaustion.
Person 1 "Go get me a soda from downstairs. Person 2 is feeling crabby "Rada rada".

Kid dies while playing a online game.....again-"Rada rada rada rada rada!!!"

Person is tired and yawns-"Raaaaaadaaaaaa"......
