Rabastan Lestrange (also called Rab or his hated nickname Rabba) of the Harry Potter Fandom, is Rodolphus Lestrange's younger brother, though not mentioned quite often.

He is said to be a somewhat perverted jerk and in love with his own Lestrange-typical hair, which is magenta for some reason. It could be a genetic error because of the amount of magic that's in the Lestrange genotype.
He was a Slytherin and Death Eater.
