A group of mindless pussies who think they're hot shit, but in actuality are just a group of outcasts. The members of this group are generally minorities, specifically of Indian or Hispanic descent. Anybody with ties to this group is generally ridiculed, roasted or otherwise gossipped about in a negative way. Overall, any members of RGBiV can be described as losers, unathletic, overconfident and unattractive.
Boy 1: Yo that Indian kid Jonathon is such a loser I don't understand how he can possibly think people like him.
Boy 2: He must be a member of RGBiV.
Boy 2: He must be a member of RGBiV.
