Someone who believes gyms being closed and being quarantined is going to give them the motivation to workout at home. Resulting in home gym equipment being sold out and marked up. Will be selling their equipment on craigslist when the gyms open back up.

Much like new years resolutionists, they give up when they realize it still takes motivation to work out.
