A type of Bavarian Torte notable for having 6 or 7 layers of tightly squeezed sponge cake injected with chocolate buttercream and apricot jam. It's usually finished with a chocolatey glaze. This cake has many layers to represent the districts the Kingdom of Bavaria used to have.
