While the term was coined by Rose McGowan in context of the #MeToo movement, and is mostly associated with the K-pop community, the phenomenon is universal and a basic component of how culture works.

Prill is that guy that makes everyone laugh one way or another. He is typically very hairy. Prill will wear and own abnormal things not for attention or because they are ironic, but because that’s just who he is (a straw hat, a traffic cone, etc.). You will know a Prill when you see one. He may drive an old car that does not fit his body or personality, thus making it that much more Prill. Prill will typically take one more BP multiple times.
