Also called Pole Star or North Star is the brightest star in the constellation of Ursa Minor. It is used for navigation since it is located almost exactly at the north celestial pole, the center of spin, and stays in the same place. Poetically it is used to indicate permanence and is a symbol of someone or something showing us the right way to proceed in life.
