A person who collects Cards only to surpass another person's collection or just so they can prove it and justify their behavior by saying they just really like the Cards they're collecting. A person who hoards the trading cards that they don't even interact with or even care about, a relic in their household that is only their just so they could say they could get it.
Waynes new Basketball card collection really shows how much of a PokéWhoarder he is, I mean they just sit in his lounge doing nothing.
