An individual in an alcohol induced stupor. Categorized by slurred, pointless communication often accompanied by excess saliva. A pissed minda differs from other forms of intoxicated behavior in that they are often jovial yet docile. Poor eye contact is also evident in such a state as often a pissed minda finds it difficult to focus on moving objects as this tends to induce nausea (this is often overcome by staring at the floor).
