Noun. A method used by those who drool in their sleep. When they wake up, they flip the pillow over and make it appear as if they slept on that side of the pillow, so nobody knows that they drool.
"Dude, I had to use pillow side spoofing really bad this morning. My girlfriend almost saw my spit-soaked pillow!"
