A training that takes place within the United States Sea Cadet Corps. Which is a youth program run by the Navy for teenagers who are interested in the military but with no requirement to join. PhibOps is an acronym used for Amphibious Operations, which refers to warfare that takes place on both land and sea. The participants who are trainined for three weeks during the summer are able to train with the U.S. Marines, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Navy SEAL Delivery Vehicle Teams, U.S. Navy Explosives Ordnance Disposal Teams, and the U.S. Navy SEALs.
