They are very smart and usually at the top of their class. Although, they can have a bad temper and can lash out at you at anytime. They usually have a limited amount of friends and are very needy.

Penelope is a bully. She wears glasses and bullies everybody, especially Bella, but everyone bullies Bella. She spends her free, not-bullying time on Instagram and Snapchat. She also bullies people on social media, too. She has other classmates, like Hong-Van.
