Someone who amasses wealth and power , or uses their inherited wealth and power to live out their degenerate fantasies involving children.
Many members of the aristocracy and the political and financial elite are quite obviously pedourgeoisies, nobody would need THAT much wealth otherwise, yacts and of-age honeys don't require such a decadent level wealth.
