3 dashes vanilla bitters
1/2 oz honey and black pepper syrup
2 oz vodka
Lemon Twist

Procedure:

To this add the honey and black pepper syrup.
Add an ice cube and slowly add the vodka, continuing to add ice cubes while pouring.
