Paying me out is similar to the term 'Pulling my leg'. It is used usually as a question, tho sometimes as a statement, to ask whether someone is teasing you or not.
1) "Hey, Michele and i went to the Nightclub last night, ans we both got one night stands!"
"Are you paying me out?!"
2)"Hey, Michele and i went to the Nightclub last night, ans we both got one night stands!"
"Really?!"
"No, Im just paying you out
"Are you paying me out?!"
