Someone who is useless to you. Can be anyone. Also when using this term, theres a sense of selfishness involved as if you are the only one that matters and you hate mankind.
Matthew- " hey did anyone talk about me today?"
Bobby- " nope, no one really cares man people got they own stuff going on."
