The guy who goes to every party and makes sure everyone knows he is there. Tends to dance by himself on stripper poles and grabs girls by the ass and crotch. Party king never ends up actually getting laid but he makes up for it by how hard he parties.
That party king was a total creep, I can't believe he grabbed my ass and actually thought we would hook up. But look how hard he parties!
