The feeling one experiences when he/she just isn't feeling the party. It can occur because of tiredness, illness, or parental/spousal/significant other's brainwashing. This should not be confused with the negative effects of a boring party.

Bob: Yeah man, I'm just not feeling it tonight. I mean, this party's dope, but I'm just not in the mood.
