An old negative racial epithet describing someone who is male or female that is Italian, comes from Italian descent, or displays traits that resemble someone who appreciates Italian heritage.
*Customer walks into store and approaches service staff members*
Customer: "Hi. Where can I find the pasta sauce isle?"
Service Staff Member 1: "It's in isle 4."
