The 'Panama Pump' is a sexual act involving two women and two (or more) men.
One women lies on top of the other perpendicularly, with both women on their backs. The girl on the bottom holds the one on top in a 'Bow-and-arrow-submission lock' and multiple men are free to enter her either by the mouth and vagina and/or anus. Additional men are then free to enter the women on the bottom in all orifices.
