Freerunning is not parkour. Freerunning involves tricking and aerial maneuvers which, when viewed from the perspective of someone trying to reach point B from point A in as little time as possible, will only slow you down. Parkour involves using precision techniques, vaulting, extreme balance, and great confidence to cross obstacles.
