Political Correctness Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. A malady characterized by having a "politically correct" term for almost everything, and a huge lexicon of other terms that are considered "politically incorrect" -- and continually engaging a dogmatic insistence that everyone else use the PC term(s) and never use any of the corresponding politically incorrect terms.
Gina is so PC-OCD! In American History class I merely referred to Sacagawea as a "squaw" and she gave the class a ten-minute rant about respecting Native Americans and women in history!
