Parcc is Crap, it said it itself (parcc backwards=crapp) parcc is some Dum test that students have to take to let the government know if teachers are teaching you good or not. So basically your taking a test for your teachers to still have a job.

A test for 3rd 4th and 5th graders to see if you fail in life.
