While the company lable may be new or not well known, almost all are contracted by big-name corperations who monopolize smaller businesses & consolidate their products to reduce competition. Though not labeled "organic," bottled water fits into this category.

Also, the methods of organic farming are very wasteful, since it takes quite a while for manure and compost to be absorbed by plants, and pests are allowed to eat the crop, thus causing much lower crop yields on the same amount of land, compared to modern artificial spray-and sprinkle farming methods.
