Someone who is so disgustingly ugly they make others around them violently sick. They often have multiple moles, distorted facial features and scruffy hair.
Some otis' can be gay, this is not at all good. This means the person uglier, smellier and untidier.

People who are otis' have no life, and are often rather stupid. They have the lights on, but nobody's home.

Some bald children can be otis' too, they are very ugly and unwanted. But they may grow out of this name by getting better looking. For most though, this doesn't happen and they remain ugly unwanted children and rot the streets and inhabit dwellings no other people could imagine. Otis' really are dispicable people.
