Instead of saying Oh my gosh/Oh my God. You can say oh my Gawd ronny to expand upon your point of suprise or unhappiness. Commonly used with a sort of Boston accent on the God.
Friend: hey man, I just got us tickets to A concert!

A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.
