A moment that is generally agreed to have had a significant influence on pop culture and everyday life. While the term was coined by Rose McGowan in context of the #MeToo movement, and is mostly associated with the K-pop community, the phenomenon is universal and a basic component of how culture works.
Real world events such as social/political movements, the election of a new U.S. President, major catastrophes and disasters, as well as entertainment such as movies, music and TV, can all function as cultural resets. Notable cultural resets in relatively recent memory include:

British military decoration, stands for Order of the British Empire.
It is often awarded to small time politicians and councilors who APPEAR to do alot of work and hence is often said to stand for Other Buggers Efforts.
The Order's motto is "For God and the Empire". It is the most junior of the British orders of chivalry and has more members than any other, probrably for that reason.

A supernatural spectacle of nature that has transcended the known physical and mental limits of humans. Truly awe-inspiring. Not to be confused with a unicorn or chupacabra. Can and will drink fast, slow, in large quantities, in small quantities, forwards, backwards, upside down, downside up, right, left, diagonally, in the past, in the future, and in another dimension. The sky is the limit. A true badass, a remarkable individual, and a phenomenon of nature.
