An urban legend that seems to have originated in a small Alabama town East of Birmingham.
Nozr is said to be the pure form of coolness and may have single handed (though there are said to be associates) kept the punk rock scene alive in most of the Southeast. Those who claim to have known him say he has quietly disappeared to become a family man, bringing up the next generation of coolness.
