A person who is so accustomed to the past they have nothing else better to do than to buy/acquire ancient relics (Nintendo/Old toys) and blog about them.

Person 2: "are you just going to reminisce all the time and live in the past or are you going to move on with your life?" Person 1: "I also have all the Tmnt cartoons/games omg nostalgiagamsm!" Person 2: "nostalgia whore."

A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.
