This is an unpredictable person. A guy who is nice only because he is an idiot but doesn't know he is an idiot and says "no" to anything that is asked of him by people he feels are below of him.
Old lady at the grocery store, "I though for sure that guy would help me with my groceries. He seemed so nice but then told me to fuck off. He's a real Norm West unlike your grandfather."
