As you would most commonly here the word noon as a insult. It's original meaning was. ' New Player ' but is now used as a very bad, gullible, or weak player. Ussualy used in multiplayer games

"NOOB" is an acronym for "New On Online Battle.net". Battle.net is Blizzards game launcher.
"Noob" originally came from Warcraft III: Frozen Throne but is now used in almost every game and sometimes IRL too. It's a pretty negative word, because people use it if someone is bad at a game or something else.
