Noah Kirsch, prominently known in the early 20th century for his jesterlike antics has become a name synonymous with idiocracy, tomfoolary, and space-cadetry. As well, in combination with this obvious mental defect, he maintains intelligence while simply looking at paper qualities, one of the great ironies of life.
