NoNutItious is a disease you catch during No Nut November. Your body starts to malfunction from lack of masturbation and you start to get ill. You can only get NoNutItious when participating in this challenge without losing. NoNutItious can cause coughing, sneezing, runny nose, and excessive horny-ness. Don't let this sickness stop you from beating (pun intended) No Nut November, not everyone gets affected, but it can be contagious. Fight your way through your illness, and show everyone how you're superior. Stay safe, and make sure not to nut!

The hungry ghost seeks validity outside of themselves. Someone pining for an indifferent ex is a hungry ghost. Someone who arrives alone at 6:30 on Saturday night to a pub is probably a hungry ghost. Obsessive checking of mobile phones, chat sites or networks are clear signs that one is a hungry ghost.

The best thing to do is just stay home and ride it out. Read a book. Find some good clean fun.
