A nisher, also known as a hosh or bluntosh, is a gutted cigar that is subsequently packed with marijuana. It is toasted and lit. Often times, shotties are given when one party puts the nisher into his/her mouth backwards and blows smoke outward into the mouth of a receiving toker. The term was popularized by Craig Ramey.
