Nino Brown (Played by Wesley Snipes) is the main character in the film New Jack City. Nino is the head of the Cash Money Brothers or (CMB) which is a crack dealing network based in Harlem. Nino started his life of crime as a member of a Harlem gang called L.A. Boyz (L.A. stands for Lenox Ave. not Los Angeles that would be obtuse being that they were in New York) Where he had to kill a stranger as an initiation. He picked a schoolteacher who turned out to be the mother of his future nemesis Scotty Appleton (Played by Ice-T) who is an undercover cop . The CMB takes over an entire apartment complex where they manufacture and sell their product. In a surprising and
unlikely move, Nino is able to takeout an entire Mafia crew without being whacked. In
the dramatic conclusion Nino is arrested by Appleton, but manages to get away with a
suspended sentence after turning state’s evidence. But Nino’s smug celebration is put to
an abrupt end when he is shot and killed in the courthouse by an old man who was a
concerned citizen that Nino had humiliated earlier in the film. Nino’s corpse then
falls down a winding staircase, followed by the end credits.

The phenomenon of having to come out as bisexual to the same person/people repeatedly because they assumed or hoped that your sexuality was a "phase." Refers less to the holiday and more to the 1993 Bill Murray comedy film in which the main character experiences the same day over and over.
"My visit home turned into Bisexual Groundhog Day. My mom acted shocked when I told her I'm going to Pride next week, so I had to come out to her as bisexual AGAIN."
