They will mainly select smart/nerdy looking grade 9's as well those who are unfit to run away(Fat AF).

A Niner Premiership is won when a team narrowly misses out on being part of the top 8 teams that go through to the finals of the competition. Despite it being a sort of consolation prize, it is often used tongue in cheek to ridicule a sporting team that finds themselves at this part of the competition table, often continually.
