A nikkibowl is a bowl (of marijuana in a pipe) that is of medium or small size. Usually many are smoked in succession counterbalancing the un-abundant quantity of marijuana in each bowl for maximum alteration with minimum herb.

A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.
