Typically non-black person who suffers from involuntary or wholly reflexive habitual using of the the word “Nigger”.
“Nigger-tourettes” if you will.
Research has unfortunately been suppressed for centuries but recent findings have been revealing. Niggerer tendencies are, according to experts, driven by the lower-order primate brain overwhelming higher order functions. This typically happens when a niggerer is faced with a situation, person or problem that threatens to overtax their pre-frontal cortex. It can be compared to a core-dump or the dreaded blue-screen of death that all computer users are familiar with. Their overly-simplistic genetic cognitive wiring has effective GOTO override-command structures of the following form in random and on occasion somewhat inconvenient places.
In effect their chimp brain overwhelms them.
Niggerer logic:
if ( difficult || dissonance || losing || sister is mother || … AND is-black(person) )
