A fat wad of rolled money held with a rubber band often consisting of low denomination bills in the center (ones or fives) with a single higher-denomination bill visible on the outside to give the appearance that the owner has a lot of money.
I had to leave the strip club in a hurry and I got stuck with a bunch of one dollar bills, so I spent the rest of the weekend with a fat nigger knot bulging in my pocket.

The way a black person bags cocaine, marijuana, or other drugs. They tie it really tight in a sandwich bag to make the amount seem larger than it really is with a knot on the top. They hold it with the knot facing downward.

Nigger Knots are usually referred to as dreadlocks. They are created by mixing dog shit and dirt with greasy unwashed hair. Commonly found on shitbag white people who have no job and smoke weed all day. Can also be found on dirty, unkempt hoodrat niggers and pro athletes.
