Black-Black is okay as long as they are friends because then it can substitute for homie, dawg, bro etc. If mad, then it once again becomes unacceptable. However, no other race, ESPECIALLY caucasians, can use it without fear of it being taken offensively. Occasionally though, if the black likes another non-black person enough, then it can become acceptable. (Although they could both get in trouble if other blacks hear it)

A word that black people are too stupid to realize is a derogatory term for their race. Oh if you call me a nigger your racist, but if you call me nigga, we cool.

is a word that people use as a replacement for friend hommie brother ect.. but without the racial constraints of "nigger". A white person can get sued for saying this but a white person can be called cracker or honkey but cannot sue back?

Differences between the two:

1) Nigger
(a) An Offensive term used to describe a person of any race or origin regarded as inferior. Especially used by lighter skinned people towards darker skinned people.
(b) Sometimes used to describe someone who lacks intelligence.

2) Nigga
Slang term that can be used to describe anyone close to you; no matter what race you are. Can be used to describe a friend, girlfriend, boyfriend or an enemy. Like the word Fuck, when used in different contexts, it can have a different meaning.

Advisory Warning: As long as the person whom you are speaking with understands where you are coming from, using the term "Nigga" instead of homie or friend is acceptable. Always chose your words wisely when speaking with strangers.

A word often used by black gangsta rappers to address each other, or just refer to each other in a brotherly way. And for some reason it's okay for them to use the word and no one else.

If any other race uses the word, especially white people, it's grounds for war, because the definition is supposedly inferred to mean "you are beneath me and meant to serve me."

Of course, it's completely "fine" for the niggas to refer to ANY woman, no matter what the color of her skin, as a bitch or a ho' - which is also used to imply that " you are beneath me, and meant to serve me."

You can't say the 'n' word on the radio or TV, for fear of offending a particular race. But you hear 'bitch' and ho' all the time, regardless of the women it might offend...

A word used by people who are to lazy/illiterate to or can't pronounce English correctly.
Means 'nigger' in the same way 'ho' means whore, etc...
