A gym newbie or gym noob is a newly joined unexperienced member of a gymnasium (usually due to New Years resolutions that they will not see fulfilled) they are an irritating breed.
Well known for EZ curling in the squat rack and forgetting to return weights after use and swarming the gymnasium.
We can only hope these vile creatures return to their lethargic ways of life by the end of January and leave the rest of the men molded by the iron to continue in their journey of personal improvement.
If you are a gym newbie you must wear this title in shame until you have accomplished one year of hard training and made well deserved hard earned gains. After this you shal be greeted as a brother among the iron generation.

In StarCraft, the act of transporting tanks onto a cliff above someone's main/expansion to destroy someone's economy. Missile turrets or bunkers can also be built to prevent a counter force from retaking the cliff.

My resources were comming in just fine, but my opponent "Turbo Newbied" my base/expansion and I lost my Nexus and most of my probes. If I had had a shuttle I could have countered.

Usually very ignorant. Gets into Metal through bands like Slipknot. They start feeling cool and unique and need to express how Metal is the supreme genre.
How to spot one
1) Says a guitarist isn't good if they can't play fast.
2) Says a guitarist isn't good if they can't play technical.
3) Blasts Metal on their iPods thinking someone will ask them what they are listening to so they can show off how awesome they think their musical taste is to others.
4) Tries to introduce you to Metal by telling you all bands you like suck.
5) Thinks all bands that aren't Metal have no talent.
6) Doesn't know what good Metal vocals are.
