Basically, it's some National Guard pussy that joined for the college money only to get deployed...kicking and screaming the whole way. It's someone who wanted a free ride off of Uncle Sam's dime to claim "I was in once..." but never wants to fire a bullet, then denounces the US government for ever deploying them and speaks down upon their chain of command, the reason for deploying, or both...usually to the press.
