A word used in multiple situations. Among soulmates, Neiner is used to express love, joy, sadness, et cetera. Neiner is also used as a form of communication when no other word seems to fit.

When a person is a complete neiner, and makes a very "attractive" face. The face of a neiner. Or when someone did something quite embarassing. Their face turns into a neiner face.
