A combination of a natch and a lady. Most often used to refer to a woman who wants to be a lady in the street and a freak in bed.
For example, "the other day, I wore a shirt that was very conservative and didn't show any skin. But I wore no bra. After all, I am a lady natch. I want to be a lady and a natch."
