Short version of "not all men". Used by people to downplay (mostly) women's concerns regarding sexual harassment etc. Offensive term since it takes the focus off of the real issue being misogyny and rapeculture.

A cute guy that can make anyone laugh. Even though he has a serious face on he'll always make you smile even when he's not trying to. He is also heartless sometimes but will act sexual if forced to.
