Naddling, is the surprise back-slapping of another man's {nads} in the vain attempt to provoke an overzealous response that can be used against them, with the offended losing face in public. This often occurs when two said men are vying for the courtship of a highly elgible female who has drawn near. Originally done by Rep Nadler, whom tried to slap AG Barr in the political {nads} when AG Barr did not appear before a House hearing to avoid stooping to Nadler's level.
To nadle is one of the lowest things one can do in reference to the bro code. Bros don't nadle other bros.
