NQA stands for No Questions Asked. As in a guy or girl that you would have sex with No Questions Asked.

"Kristopher is on my NQA list"

"Suzie came up to me in the bar last night and asked if I wanted to go home with her, so I did NQA"

A favor that is done with no questions asked and can be returned at anytime for anything.

I was really confused about it but it was a nqa favor so I couldn't ask.
