They were going to reset there sonic wall the NOC did not see anything wrong on the photo router. If the internet is not working. No other ticket was made they thought resetting the wall would correct the problem if it did not they would call back and we would reopen the ticket
This issue is now over 4 days old. So a new ticket number is needed
